I wanted to expand on my Eunoia pop-up restaurant and create a bar. The term "Red Eye" is not only used for airlines for a late flight but also used to tell when someone has been drinking. For this project I wanted to tie those two ideas together and create a late night bar featuring aviation themed cocktails
The cocktails list:
The Off Position: Absinthe, mezcal, Elizabeth allspice dram & angostura bitters
Nonstop: Pisco, Cointreau, thyme simple syrup, fig & thyme garnish
First Officer: Spiced navy rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream & orange juice
Area Of Weather: Hendrik’s gin, lime juice, Green Chartreuse and mint
