Help Portrait is an organization aimed at giving back to those in need through the use of photography. At least once a year, Help Portrait organizations around the world hold an event and invite those who could not otherwise afford a family portrait to receive time to have their picture taken with their loved ones. Each event brings in several under priviledged families and can become chaotic if not properly organized. To aid in the organization of the Franklin, Tennessee chapter, I created these handouts and corresponding signs.
Using simple iconography and a step-by-step process, the guests can easily navigate their way through their day with the Help Portrait photographers. Each icon on the sheet was also printed as a sign at each station. This allowed the guests to find the next place they needed to be as easy as possible.
