Safe Agua, a book project by Designmatters

The Safe Agua Project was born under the Designmatters program. This book documented and visualized the research and work of multi-disciplinary design students from Art Center College of Design, that produced several amazing water-based products for the low-income communities of Chile. The other creatives who were involved in the making of this beautiful publication are: Jeane Chen, Karen Ko, Ping Zhu, Evangeline Joo, Eric Mathias, our creative director & mentor—Lisa Wagner, and myself, Carlo Llacar—as lead designer, editor, image-contributer, and infographic designer. The editorial and content team are: Mariana Amatullo, Liliana Becerra, Dan Gottlieb, and Penny Herscovitch. 

This book, and the other projects won a Spark Award, and a merit from the Art Director's Club. You can also buy this book at Amazon, and even watch a documentary of it, produced by Elizabeth Bayne.
