American Mythos is an area of lore that is rarely glorified despite it’s impressive and beautiful myths. I wanted to shed light upon the various mythical animals presented in American lore through my stamp collection. I drew my inspiration from retro collage art and woodblock prints to give the overall work a very dated yet sleek feeling.
