While at Burberry I worked across multiple platforms; brand and marketing emails, SEO-driven website landing pages, printed event experience material, collaborative projects with brand partners (e.g. Bowers & Wilkins) and all social media content across all global platforms. I was part of the team that launched our first Facebook chat bot and helped ease us into a more relaxed tone of voice.
