Saren Arterious from Mass Effect. I always loved this villain, he wasn't anything godly, or epic, but being indocrinated/controlled by Reapers. He always made you question if you we're talking to him or something else.
Words cant even express how damn terryfiying Dead Space is. I played it three times and it still gets me scared here and there!
