BreadTalk Group Loyalty Programme (Pitch)

The objective of this is to gain customer awareness, to re-engage loyal customers and create value for customers at the same time. We want to enhance the customers experience by bringing the offline (on location interactive screens) to online (mobile app) and from online back to offline again. By creatively utilising technology to create the platform to engage the customers, we are able to increase the social media interaction, reduce collaterals and closing the loop by pushing sales through E-commerces as well.
