This was a fun dialog to make because it remembers all the emails and phones for a customer you want to bill to, but allows you to add an unlimited amount of additional ones and select the ones you ultimately want to send the request to.
Designed for ePay, a Clover 10" & 7" terminal app that allows Clover merchants stuff to be billed and paid for online.
