This model is based off an old contest project I did in 2014. The objective was to create a futuristic indy car design concept. For this version of the model, I mostly just refined the detailing and put in a better lighting setup than the original.
I went through a number of possible designs before settling on this form, which I based on an SR-71 spy plane.
The sponsor decals were taken from some other projects I did. I imagine that Discostar probably tastes like polyester and desperation
These are just some alternate color schemes that I tried out. The black version was actually the first color I went with. The idea was to go with something reminescent of the SR-71's look, but I dropped it for the sake of visibility.
