The overall strategy was to take an end-to-end approach to refreshing the brand. This involved an audit of all existing collateral as a starting point for the project. An understanding of which then allowed me to concentrate on bringing the values out in all materials, changing the tone-of-voice to reflect the character and ethos of the dental clinic. All of this insight was then used to create a powerful set of brand assets that have been rolled out right across all company collateral including:
