Synopsis: STRIP needed a cut-through idea to retain customers. The solution? Tie in with current affairs. Leveraging George Bush’s exit in 2008, we staged a post-election stunt playing on the word ‘Bush’. The idea was to say bye bye to ‘Bush'. We launched election-style demonstrations celebrating ‘no more bush’. Campaigners hit the streets with sandwich boards and placards, distributing flyers and chanting ‘No More Bush!’.
