Copically-Coloured Chow
I first used Copic Markers in a short course I took in Interior Design over at NAFA (Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. I don't believe in limiting the use of a skill to the task in which I was taught to use it. Rather I adhere to the idea that a skill is a tool, and can be applied anywhere, so long as I can find a way to use it.
Cafe Food
The following illustrations, coloured in using Copics, are the starting few I did in terms of drawing food. The effect that Copics give, a soft, faded watercolour feel, matches the style of drawing I chose to employ.
Macarons, Temaki, Waffles & Ice Cream, Cake and Coffee and Mango Cheesecake.
A feast for the eyes, perhaps.
