HR Manager / IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:
Provide human resources services such as talent acquisition, employment processing, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health
Recruit Java, .NET, QAs, Python professionals
Assist in new office opening, manage administrative issues related to office opening
Conduct induction for newcomers, facilitate HR processes according to the Company procedures
Manage internal client expectations by communicating search status and issues; resolve concerns; prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
Organize internal events (corporate parties, meet ups, tech talks), take part in conferences

Requirements:
2+ years of similar experience in IT companies;
Creative mind and HR experience;
Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
Self-driven and proactive;
Passion to recruiting and IT;
Good spoken English.
