User Interview (Teachers)
Challenges
1. The teachers are fully responsible for student having their lunch.
2. The student won’t do their homework or project work on their own.
3. Management should not receive any complaint against teachers from parents end.
4. Management need 100% percent results from students, whether they are good or bad in education.
5. The teacher will have more work pressure.
Benefits
1. Teachers will get cash award, if the students get 100% percentage.
2. After 3 years experience of teacher, will get one child full fee discount.
3. Teachers will have cash awards or gifts during functions or events.
4. Teachers will have a salary on the date and other benefits like PF and ESI.
5. Teachers & students will have 1lakh free accidental policy, if it’s happened in school campus.
6. After completing 5 years, teachers will have a free 1lakh LIC policy, management will pay the premium.
Needs

Communications
1. The school will send the sms for homework on a daily basis or for an unexpected leave.
2. By using phone/sms, the school will contact for parents.
3. School staff is responsible for sending homework through sms.
4. Communication happens through sms, phone and suggestion.
5. Parent meetings will be held once in a month.
6. Teachers meeting will be held on every Tuesday.

Pain points
1. Teachers are fully responsible like organizing the functions or event happens.
2. Sometimes Office staffs won’t be in office. If any meeting happens, the teachers should take care of it.
3. Teachers will have a twenty late per year; each late will have only fifteen minutes. If it’s exceeds two late will deduct half day salary.
4. The management will give memo, if the student was failed in particular subjects at an annual exam (Three
memos will lead to cut the increment and five memos will lead to dismiss).
5. Teachers should not beat/scold children, if it happen’s complaint or anonymous letter will send to the school
secretary by using suggestion box.
6. Parents have full freedom to raise a complaint against teachers, but teachers won’t.
7. If four or five complaints received against particular teacher, the management immediately dismisses the
teacher.
8. The Management wants teachers to have to maintain libraries for each class.
9. A monthly newsletter will be responsible for teachers (routine).
Observation
1. If the 10th student got 1st or 2nd place in school, the management will give a full fee discount in 11th & 12th
standard.
2. Part time teachers (Sports, yoga) will have only three classes in a week, but they will get good salary.
3. Higher secondary teachers will have a good salary and increment. But they have to take 2hrs special class
daily for students.
4. Management needs original certificates.
5. Parents are important to management.
6. Partiality towards teacher is increasing now.
7. Twelve leave allowed per year.
8. If parents want to complaint against teacher, they can meet secretary daily from 11AM to 2PM.
