This website is designed as a social media site to help drag queens in 1970s America. During the 1960s and 1970s, drag queens and the LGBT community began a civil rights fight alongside other marginalized groups and POC, but they did not have internet access.
Through research and development, I created a website that is meant to help Queens by mapping out dangerous areas of police brutality, secret drag performance venues and safe houses. It’s essentially social media that doubles as an electronic safe house and is a fully functional website that utilized HTML, CSS and JQuery.

The full site can be reached here.
