Freshly Picked Product and Point of Purchase Display

This was a project I did for my packaging and design class. We were to create a product and an in-store promotional point of purchase display. I created a fake company called Freshly Picked. The idea is that products from local farmers markets would be specially selected or "picked," and packaged in an aesthetically pleasing way to be sold as a basket gift to customers. Lack of time or knowledge about local goods can be a problem, and this would be a way to familiarize new and existing residents about the local businesses in their community. I created all of my own dielines for this project and included seeds packets, cookies, cheese, farm fresh eggs, and soap which would all be made locally. I wanted the look of the company to have that local farmers market feel so I chose this old style packing paper and clean pinstripes. The point of purchase display is meant to look like a booth at a market.
