Usability testing
Objective - Interview existing OLX sellers to discover problems, goals, motivations to uncover interventions that will lead to lister growth and to improve UX by building new features or update existing functionality.
Process
•Worked closely with CPO to identify bottlenecks in post ad funnel.
•Defined research objectives and test script to understand detail seller user journey (when user first thought of selling anything on olx to final transaction)
•Prepared persona – and recruit participants (10)
•Performed 90 min usability session in closed lab settings
•Analyzed results and shared report with stakeholders
•Proposed recommendations for each problem and challenge observed during session
•Final presentation to stakeholders
Methodology
