The sculpture is made of insulating material, a sort of sounding board for the human body's sounds,

divided into three part: the rational, sentimental and instinctual. 

For every part there's a sound made up of medical material like heart and lungs sounds. 

The body is immersed in its own amplified soundscape in a listening exercise.
