One of the articles I produced for the ill-fated freelancer cooperative venture we called Freehold Games, the Myconid article gave me a chance to bring some material I had kicking around from other, canceled projects to light. Who wouldn't want to know how the mushroom-men fit into the rocky political landscape of the underdark, where little shrooms come from, and how many new new types of fungal adversaries I can jam into an article?
