E3
The Lifestyle Fitness Program
For the first time in American history, the current generation is predicted to live a shorter life than their parents. As a personal trainer and person committed to a healthy lifestyle, E3 was developed as a personal program initiative that would unite the three core principles of a health and wellness; Exercise, Education, & Essential Nutrition. Centered around the concept of a Total Body Lifestyle Fitness Program, E3 teaches participants how to transform their bodies as well as their lives.
College life can introduce poor lifestyle habits to young people which they can carry for the rest of their lives costing them
time, money, and years on their life.
According to the latest National College Health Association's Campus Assessment for the University of Cincinnati, there were several areas of student life which were serious health issues. Taking notice as a campus personal trainer, these findings were both startling and provoking of some kind of change.

In an effort to see if there was any health and fitness program that combined exercise, nutrition, and health education, a broad study was conducted that examined programs within several different college conferences and surrounding states.

E3, the Total Body LIFESTYLE Fitness program was designed as a 9 week program that combines University facilities including the Campus Recreation Center (exercise), University Dining Services (essential nutrition), and the Health and Wellness Center (education). By utilizing personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and dietitian, the program is based on success through teamwork.

After presenting the program concept to University Recreation Center administration, it was decided to utilize the branding and imagery in a campus-wide campaign that would include several programs, exhibits, and classes all under the E3 headline.
