Editorial Design
As Art Director, I created these spreads to best illustrate the content of the articles and package the information in an easy-to-read, creative and interesting ways. I often work with absolutely no budget, so sourcing photos and artwork becomes an interesting challenge. Also, I write headlines, deks and captions. I also have researched and packaged sidebars and info boxes when necessary.
Gaitpost magazine is a monthly, digest-sized, horse sport magazine focusing on the FEI equestrian disciplines. The typical reader of Gaitpost is a horse owner, aged 15-50. Gaitpost is published by Post Publishers, Langley, BC.
HorseLife magazine is the official publication of Equine Canada, released to members bi-monthly, which was published on a one-year contract by Post Publishers.
Supply Post is a monthly, heavy equipment, truck & resource-based newspaper.
