Antique Building
This is a model I did for my demo reel. I was going for an Assassins Creed style of texturing and modeling. This means that the model is very low poly, and the texture style is realistic.

The way I went about doing it was making the base model in Maya, and then taking it into Zbrush and making the hi-res. After that I baked and Ambient Occlusion and Normal Map. Which I then overlay over the realistic textures to give that extra detail. After all that I brought it in UDK and added some lights to the scene. Furthermore I did some vert blending/painting of moss and dirt to some of the models to give it that rustic feel.
