Ynganiad: Welsh App

Ynganiad/Pronunciation
Here I have created an app design for the Eisteddfod, which also ties in with a college project. The app I have created was required to be Welsh to be entered into the Eisteddfod.
English Translation:
Explore a variety of different locations and buildings to discover objects in the Welsh language. This game helps people of any age improve their skill and understanding of the Welsh language focusing on the pronunciations of words. The game progressively gets more difficult to challenge the player.

You begin at level one and unlock more levels as you go by clicking on certain objects to find out the English and Welsh words. The more objects you find; the more levels you unlock. The levels consist of different locations, such as, a house, a school, etc.

How to play:
Select from the main menu which level you would like to play (if you've unlocked all levels). A map of the level location you've chosen will appear and you can tap on any room.

Tap on an object in that room to reveal both the Welsh and English word. Then tap on the microphone icon at the bottom of the screen to speak the Welsh word. If you pronounce the word correctly, you move on.

You have three attempts at the word, if you fail to pronounce the word correctly you lose a life, you have five lives in total. The game will pronounce the word if you fail after your three attempts.
