PENGUIN BOOKS cover design

Penguin Books is an iconic publisher of iconic titles.

They needed a novel (ahem) way to reinvigorate their ‘Classic Horror’ range in time for an upcoming promotion.

I drew upon nostalgia for the Penguin brand by making the Penguin the star of the show. My solution utilised illustration, brandplay and collage. The result is a series of covers that reinvigorate the publisher and the titles they represent.
