Black & Decker: Power Tool Design
I worked as part of the Stanley Black & Decker design team in the sumer of 2011. This series of projects are part of a 3 month internship where I worked to develop future concepts for the new look of B&D helping to push the brand forward. I developed a piece of equipment catered to the electrician, a portable flashlight that could be a companion for the working man and help them get the job done more efficiently. I worked on pushing the evolution of the power tool and helped to conceptually develop what a smart tool would mean and look like for B&D.
