The Human-Nature Synergy

For the last five years, I have been researching the remarkable breakthroughs in our understanding of how moving our bodies into nature affects us. Although nature-walkers have intuitively grasped nature's benefits, it is only recently that scientists have confirmed the fact. The findings suggest that our vision, memory, balance, digestion, circulation, brain development and heart rate all benefit positively from outdoor nature-time.
