Course: Multifunctional Spaces
Location: Seasons mall, Pune
Brief: To design an electronic appliance store cum service centre in Seasons mall and also include a pantry, a store room, Service head's cabin and the manager's cabin.The space should be designed keeping the existing design language of the brand in mind.
Located in Seasons mall Pune, this iStore flaunts a complete glass facade which faces the corridor towards the escalators. With bright lighting using track spotlights, the store highlights it's products with class. Apple has been a benchmark to represent elegance and simplicity since ages. The store and the service centre needed to be designed for it's customers to experience the same. With a monochromatic colour scheme, and basic furniture, this iStore gives it's products the spotlight. The store remains a public area, the service centre a semi private area and the cabins become private areas only accessible to the staff. The circulation of customers has been taken care of in the layout giving them full views of the store from every corner.
