Launch of the Acura TL
Created a launch mailing that reflected—in both concept and materials—the ways in which the Acura TL redefines "modern performance" by raising standards in all areas of performance.
We broke down the idea of performance into five areas: Design, Power, Responsiveness, Technology, and Exhiliaration—created an expressive symbol of each—plus one for the car itself. Symbols were stamped out of the sheets of silver metal, each etched with the name of the type of performance it represented, filed and polished to create 'cards' that were tipped into the brochure at the start of each section.
