Luciole project was initiated by siete|media, interaction design studio based in Mexico City, Mexico. The project was a commission for the restaurant MUTO.

MUTO is a restaurant which invites people to live a special experience made of tactile technology and fine food.
The menu of MUTO is projected on each table which is tactile, thanks to many sensors and an Arduino card.
Luciole is an interactive and playful table decoration.
Each user has a colored button in front of him. When he clicks on his color, the user releases fireflies and the central sphere got painted the color. The activity of each user influences the ambiance of the dinner, the colors of the decoration.
I planned the project with siete|media and MUTO partners, designed the interaction, developed the AIR application and deployed it by making the software communicate with the Arduino card.
