In Spring 2016 while volunteering at a local food cupboard I noticed that some people didn't have cars and walked home with their groceries.  Not only were the bags heavy, but they were bulky and awkward to carry over long distances.  There had to be a better way.

The "what if" moment...

A lot of people already used reusable grocery bags, so what if those bags could be converted into a backpack?
