The DM Deli arrives in a paper bag envelope that is personalized on the opposite side. Then, inside, the recipient finds a napkin that unfolds to a poster-sized image of the DM Deli and all the ways a business can use personalization to increase response to their direct mail efforts. They also find a serving number "1" ticket attached to a Business Reply Card, that allows them to order a sandwich customized to their taste.
