Video Narration: Pioneer Village
Using video assets provided of a historic village in Osceola County, Florida, this goal of this project was to provide narration to bring the video to life. Several drafts saw this script transform from a history lesson to an ad targeting visitors looking to vacation at the site.
Narration was recorded using a Snowball microphone and all sound was edited in Garage Band.
This image shows the pre-sound effects workflow in Garage Band. This includes having the text box open, which allowed for reading from the screen during recording (to avoid the rustling of paper and body movement), as well as how to arrange clips based on timing.
