Food Landscape Spring
Inspired by one of my favorite food photographers, Carl Warner, I tried my hand at creating a landscape solely made from food items. This photo is a part of my 4 seasons series.

I started out researching how to create realistic sunlight in the studio. It might seem as simple as 1 sun, 1 lamp. Unfortunately that is not the case. Once I figured out how I wanted to use light, I started making sketches and lists of possible products I could use to turn this miniature landscape into the real thing. This required looking differently not only at food, but at nature as well.
