With my artwork I would like to show you an utopistic world in which nature has died (due to human activity) and instead, there exists a man-created, dead nature. My concept was to show the coexistence of the 'old real' and the 'new created'. One side of the face is a human skull, while the other side is a robotic face emphasizing the interlocking of a real human and a machine (created man). The wire tree symbolizes non-real nature.
