A kind of whimsical portrait of one of my favorite musicians, Annie Clark aka St. Vincent.
I was struck by this fantastic photo (left) taken at SXSW 2015 by photographer, Kara Smarsh. And at the time, I was also really into the comic, The Wicked + The Divine (right) by artist Jamie McKelvie and writer Keiran Gillen. So these two things sort of subconsciously merged in my head and I was compelled to draw it:
