I came up with
-one ergonomic spork (inspired by a pea pod) to be sand-casted,
-a variation on the sandcasting design adjusting for extrusion + CNC machining, and
-one spork that can be laser cut (maybe CNCed) by a 2-axis cutter out of a single sheet and folded.
Additionally, the spork needed to lift steak, carry soup, and twirl spaghetti.
Result: voted best in class by peers, selected as best aesthetics by professor.
