T-Time
My first product design project, a tea set helping people to brew tea in an easier way but with good brewing quality.
Currently it is designed for one person’s use.
It has fllowing main features:
1. Filter tea by turning the cover, which is connected to inner part of the tea pot.
2. Let tea liquid go down to tea cup while filtering.
3. Able to let tea stay in hot water for a while for better quality.
4. Easy to have a second brewing.
5. Clean but good looking. Open to variations.
As an experiment, I combined Chinese handmade linen: Ramie Cloth with the tea set, which may protect users' hand from heat, and give them a more natural touch. The clothes share similar natural identity with tea cultures as well.
