FARSI - A GUIDE TO PERSIAN WRITING
Millions of Iranians left their country - by emigrating or fleeing. The highest percentage of Iranians left the country during the Revolution in 1979. Many refugees can still speak their mother tongue, however, not all of them still know how to read or write in Farsi.
That's why I came up with the idea to design a book that is going to motivate Persian and even non-Persian people of every age to learn the Farsi scripture. I wanted to create a book that is modern but keeps the traditional Iranian aspects at the same time. I aimed a very typographic and simple design. The textual contents contain poems and historical subjects, in order to keep it more interesting for the older target group.
