User of this residence is startup entrepreneur in game developing industry. The concept of this SOHO planning is traditional game 'Dakon' that applied to interior elements and circulation system. Dakon is chosen to make playful and fun ambiance in the interior, suitable with the company spirit that they have.

Based on the results of the study, archaeologists and some experts believe that this game originated in the Middle East and spread from there to Africa. Then, the spread of the game to Asia with Arab traders and came to the Caribbean around 1640 through the African slave trade.

In the art of this game can only be done by two people using a board called a snippet board and use a kind of seeds to be distributed into 7 small holes each, the fruit of this seed is called congklak or congklak seed.

Generally boards are made of wood and plastic, while the seeds are made of shells, seeds, stones, marbles or plastics. The way to play it is each player takes all the seeds contained in a small hole in want, to spread one seed per hole sequentially clockwise. The steps are repeated. If the last hole lays the seeds there are seeds then the player proceeds by taking all the seeds contained in the hole and continue the game. If the last seeding is in an empty hole then the player can not proceed and do not get anything, Turn to play to the opponent.The game is considered finished when there is nothing else to take (all the seeds are in the big holes of both players). The player is the one who gets the most seeds.

Layout of this SOHO allows the user to occupy the space as storage and displacement like Dakon plays.

The color pallet selected gives fresh nuance and suitable for this SOHO ambiance when it is used both for work space and residence.

Dakon House has not more than 45sqm, has open-space concept, which enable the user that has maximum mobilization to occupy the room freely. This SOHO consists of several area, namely:
- Work space (Area kerja)
- Kitchen (Dapur)
- Lounge + Bedroom (Lounge + Kamar tidur)
- Bathroom + Laundry area (Kamar mandi + Area laundry)
- Recording studio (Studio rekaman)
