INFOGRAPHIC
MY PHOTOGRAPHY
In this infographic, I explored the the way my photography has changed over the years. My first camera was still analog and took photos on film. Later on I used the first mobile phones with their cameras, which are sometimes grotesque from today's perspective.
I was curious about the number of photographs I had taken and how long the cameras were used. I contrasted this with the technical changes in the cameras in the form of the resolution of the images. I divided the devices into classic cameras and mobile phones with built-in cameras.
The infographic shows my photography back to 1998 and analyzes my camera usage behavior. I compare the number of images and the resolution of the cameras.
The resolution of the cameras is shown on the left-hand side and the number of pictures taken on the right-hand side. Mobile phones with cameras are shown in blue and the classic cameras in red tones, so these two categories can be easily compared.
These two color palettes show the different color impression for people with protanopia / deuteranopia. The colors are selected in such a way that the differences are clearly visible even with a color vision impairment.
