Coolture Fest, an event hosted by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, aims to bring awareness to the dangers of heat related emergencies in North Philadelphia. The event brings North Philadelphians together to celebrate their culture and neighborhood while also learning what to do before, during and after a heat emergency.
