Our client was launching a real estate project in Dubai for the first time. LIV Developers already had their presence in the US, specifically in LA & NY. 

The main requirement was to create a brand architecture and brand identity keeping in mind the expansion plans and future requirements. The second aspect was to create an identity for the residential project to be launched in Dubai Marina.

As part of the launch, we were tasked with a photo shoot and Drone footage to create realistic views of the property. Followed by brochure and website for communication purpose.​​​​​​​
