Every day, each and every one of us unwittingly becomes a momentary main character of the films taking place in the streets, hotel hallways, subway halls, and other public areas. Random moments of our lives are constantly being recorded by surveillance cameras and the question is – who’ll be the one editing them? The slightly post apocalyptic identity of the 13th Prague Short Films Festival loosely follows on the series of visuals of the festival’s "big brother", the International Film Festival Karlovy Vary, which has been playing with the idea of in/visibility in the past couple of years.
