In this task, we are to create shapes using Adobe Illustrator. Then by using these shapes, we are to experiment with shadow and highlight. I used grey and white colors to do this experimentation.

On gradient shading, I use gradient tool on Illustrator and adjust it according to an imaginary light source. Also, I added shadow to give the idea where is the light coming from.

Instead of using any gradient tool, I made my own vector shading by using lines and colors with reference to the gradient shading. I estimated where the shadow and highlight appear on the surface of the shapes which was shone from an imaginary light source.
