This book started off as a look into my weekly consumption pattern. I wrote down every detail of my day...every detail. Want to know how many times I applied chapstick? 47 times. Want to know how many hours I spend in my car driving? Too many. From there I dove into the food and nutrition I was consuming and made a fun little book about it. I wrote the nutritinon facts of the food, the preparation of the food, little illustrations of the preparation, and then my recommendation from all the information.
Sprinkled throughout the book are interesting reads of nutrition information and how we can do learn about nutrition, and then some small fun stories of how food has been a part of my life.
