Ars Nova: Senior Art Exhibit

The Liberty University Department of Studio and Digital Arts (SADA) featured the Fall 2012 senior exhibit, Ars Nova. Meaning ‘New Art’ or ‘New Technique’, Ars Nova was an excellent opportunity for myself and a few of my fellow classmates (Maria Eakin, Jasmine Myers, Kyla Potter, and Abbey Sargent) to showcase some of the creative explorations we pursued during our academic careers. The show mainly featured drawings, paintings, digital illustrations, and scratchboard etchings, with several pieces utilizing one or more of the techniques.

Ars Nova exhibited in the Liberty University Gallery located in DeMoss Hall from November 8th - December 14th, 2012 and will display in Amherst, Virginia for the remainder of the 2012 holiday season.
