Scope_ Design client entryway, which had to include the following:
-Gate
-Guard station
-Parking lot
Concept_ (1) To incorporate the company’s name which includes the word west. In Chinese the symbol "east" by taking this element from the culture; a modern design was created. As the building faces west. The guard station takes a more modern design playing off the different patterns that were brought in from the word “east.”
(2) Inspired through the nature around the building, a more elegant and classical design was created. Using re-purposed steel elegant curves and classical designs were incorporated into the gate and the guard station.
