826 is an organization that is known for having a tutoring center in the back of the store,  and in the front having a unique theme that attracts kids.  For the assignment we picked a location, I picked Portland Maine.  Maine is on the east coat of the country and widely known for lobster. But Instead of eating lobster, here at my store you adopt them! My store is called 826 Lobstore. I researched Portland intensely and during my process I found that best approach would be creating the type and logo by hand.  I crafted a stamp and used it across my brand collateral.    

To be a successful designer it's understanding how the process dictates the final solution, process is also just important as the final execution.  My process starts out with in dept research of the city Portland, It then progressed into multiple mind maps, mood boards, and finally my process of creating the main logo.
