Mumbai Metro One had suffered bad press before of its launch in 2013-14 due to delays and difficulties. The strategic brief was to create a sense of optimism for the Metro during its launch.
The Insight: Daily commute is the most difficult part of living in Mumbai. Mumbai Metro One was going to make one of the busiest routes in the city easy. Thus, ensuring the people of Mumbai Have a nice day!
