BASED ON THE "FANTASTIC INSIDE REALITY" THEME
(project realized for the photography class exam)
Translation: "1. Ancient Greek, it means a descent in the Underworld"
Translation: "Katabasis refers to the jouney that souls take in order to reach Hades, the Afterlife.
And that's what this project is: a journey. A personal, intimate and introspective one.
An elaboration of one of our scariest theme across the faces of whose who already took the descent towards Hades,
leaving behind a faded picture or a broken headstone.
Faces that smile and inspect, other more serious, other again that are no longer visible.
Forgotten, mourned, or remembered faces. Every one of them hold an untold story that can only be imagined."
